Treatment questions

Insurance and first-visit questions are on the new patients page.

How often should I get a cleaning?

Every six months for most people. If you have gum disease or a lot of buildup, we may suggest every three or four months for a while.

Do tooth-colored fillings last as long as metal ones?

Modern composite fillings last many years with good care and don’t require removing as much healthy tooth. We can replace old metal fillings when they wear out.

Am I a candidate for Invisalign?

Most adults and teens with crowding, gaps or mild bite issues are. A free consultation with a 3D scan tells you for sure.

Does getting an implant hurt?

Most patients say it’s easier than a tooth extraction. We use local numbing, and soreness afterward is usually managed with over-the-counter pain relief.
