What should I bring to my first visit?
Your insurance card, a photo ID, and a list of medications. If you filled out forms online, that’s it.
How much will my first visit cost?
With most PPO plans the new-patient exam, X-rays and cleaning are covered at or near 100%. Without insurance, our membership plan or a simple self-pay fee applies; we’ll tell you the exact number before your visit.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger treatment we offer interest-free payment plans for up to 12 months and third-party financing for longer terms, subject to approval.
How do you protect my health information?
Our forms are secure, and we follow HIPAA privacy rules. Please don’t send health details by regular email or text; we’ll talk privately by phone or in person.
